2. Why We Access Your Gmail

We only use Gmail read-only access to provide the core functionality of Dealyze.ai:

• Create new property records from lease agreements and realtor offers
• Update existing property records when receipts or notices are found
• Allow our AI assistant to answer your property-related questions based on your Gmail data

We do not:

• Send, delete, or modify your emails
• Read beyond what is necessary for property-related features
• Sell or share your Gmail data with third parties

3. How We Use and Protect Your Data

Your data is used only to deliver features within your account. We apply industry-standard security measures and restrict access to authorized personnel only.

We do not share your Google or Gmail data with third parties, except if legally required.
