By accessing or using Dealyze.ai (“we,” “our,” “service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Dealyze.ai provides tools to help you manage property-related information by:

Allowing you to log in securely with your Google account
Creating and updating property records based on lease agreements, receipts, and related Gmail messages
Enabling our AI assistant to answer property-related questions based on your data

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it.

When you sign in with Google, you grant us permission to access certain information:

openid, profile, userinfo.email — used to authenticate you and display your basic profile details.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — used only to read Gmail messages and attachments on a read-only basis to provide property management features.

We do not send, delete, or modify your emails. Data is used solely within the service and not shared with third parties except as legally required.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealyze.ai shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
